Keechy’s Kitchen ServSafe Academy was created to provide accessible, professional food safety training for aspiring entrepreneurs, food vendors, restaurant workers, caterers, and hospitality professionals looking to build successful and safe food businesses.

Our ServSafe Manager Certification program is a comprehensive one-week, 16-hour course designed to prepare students for the food safety certification exam while building real-world knowledge and confidence in food service operations. The course is structured into focused class sessions lasting approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes each, creating a learning environment that is manageable, engaging, and effective for busy professionals and entrepreneurs.

Throughout the course, students will learn essential food safety practices, sanitation procedures, workplace standards, and industry regulations required to operate safely and professionally in the food and hospitality industry.
